This is a very special Nam Man Prai that has been made from the ashes of a monk who was struck by lightning, the soil beneath his feet and his corpse cloth by Ajarn Apichai, who is brilliant at Nam Man Prai.
In Thailand it is believed that when a monk who had great magical power passes in such a sudden way, he will become a Suea Yen that is bound to the earth, unable to pass on from the earthly realm and become an angel. There are many cases of this in Thai culture, with some monks becoming a Suea Yen before they die.
The ritual to make this Nam Man Prai involves blessing the oil on specific days, in this case, one of the blessings was on what is known as the 5 Saturdays (Sow Haa). According to the lunar calendar this is the 5th day of the 5th waxing moon, which considered a fantastic day for blessing to bestow powerful magic.
This is a special Nam Man Prai as it can be used in any way and it is akin to a Prai Suea Yen AND a Hoon Payon in one bottle. It can help control the Prai that is already in the home and it can be praised to help with any matter, such as protection against black magic or magic to suppress (Gan Kom) as well as bringing great Saneah, luck and is good for gambling.
